I have also tried to contact to Yuneec support in Europe several times. I got 2 replies from Yuneec support US, but never from Europe support. And I still have some question without answers. It is strange indeed.

I have some bad experience with the European support unfortunately. They really have to solve the support in europe.

Contact Yuneec CS <eucs@yuneec.com> and write your question to Philipp Nagel.

Great to get some contact information & names for support staff, however, do you have anything for Yuneec UK support you could provide?

The stupid thing is, I have been trying to find a contact for Australia for months and found nothing! I had to email the yuneec office in NZ ( which you should probably add to your list, yuneecdrones.co.nz ) and have been dealing with them. Only to get an email saying my question has been forward to the Australian office. But then reading the manual for the steady grip, Australia is listed, but it is not listed on the yuneec website or in the manual for the typhoon itself!

We have a new dedicated support number for US 1-844-898-6332. Also have new support hours.

    M-F 6am-5pm PST
    Saturday 8am-4:30pm PST

And lastly Ryan Kephart has been promoted and is no longer part of the tech support crew.

Saturday, too?!?! You guys are AMAZING!!! :)

I'm sad to see him leave the tech support crew. He's helped us all at one point or another,
even if it's only been through one of his many fine instructional videos.
I'm glad, though, that he's staying with Yuneec and has been promoted. He deserves it!
Good luck to him in his new position!!! :)

That's unfortunately true. I think they need to be more organized and have more employees. the market boom was big for them.

But also other old brand names come in drone-market-game, so they have to speed up.

Costumer support in such expensive items that can crash, leaves costumer without support, very sad.
