Q500+ Can't connect to GPS

    I have a Q500 and I can't connect to the GPS and I believe this is why I can't fly the drone

    Hi, welcome.
    You say "I can't connect to GPS", do you mean the drone or the ST10?
    You should give more informations about your drone: did it remain unused for long time? Does it have had an hard landing or crash?
    Did you try to connect the drone to GUI to see if any sensor is faulty?

    Yes, you are right I should have given more information. The drone was not used for a long time. How do I connect to GUI? The drone wont connect to GPS . The drone belonged to my son and my grandson was wanting to fly it.

    In this video you can see how to connect drone to GUI.

    My first suggestion, before, is that you leave the drone outside, in a clear area poking at the sky, powered on, for at least a couple of hours, in order to give the time at the gps battery of recharge a little and the satellites almanac to be renewed.
    The gps module has a small lithium battery that unused could be totally descharged.
    If this doesn't work, connect to the Gui and check what's wrong.
