    Hello,

    I'm a French Typhoon user. YUN00001.jpg View attachment 8509
    I own a Typhoon Q500 4K equipped with a CG03 camera.

Since a few time the camera is leaning to the right by itself (roll axis).

The TILT function (pitch axis) works properly but the captured pictures and video are not lined up.

Is there a command to tune the bank angle?

If not, is there a way to fix this wrong behaviour?

Thanking you, I wish you a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Jean-Claude Nicolle

Does the camera tilt one way when the drone is facing east, and the other way when facing west? And level when pointing either north or south?. If so, I have heard others say that doing a compass calibration of the drone has helped. I do not know the cause of the issue, or the true remedy.

    Google translation

Please see my solution to camera tilt

Here's what corrected my camera tilt problem:

With both units off (Controller and Drone) remove the camera from the drone.
Power up controller then power up drone.
Wait for both units to stabilize for flight.
Next install camera while both units are on.
    Camera should be centered.
Next power down and restart each unit.
Camera tilt problem should be corrected, I know this is what I did to correct this problem.

Thank you very much, I shall try this kind of "hard reset"and will let you know.
Again thank you so much taking time to answer.
    Ha a nice day.
    Best regards,
    Jean-Claude

I too will occasionally have this same problem with my Q 500 4K with CG03 camera. Usually by landing, turning off drone and controller, then restarting, the camera resets itself and is OK. Perhaps the "hard reset" is a longer term fix.

    Before making this "hard reset", I tried to switch OFF both drone and controller without effect;
By chance it is working properly now.
I wish you all the best.
    Sincerely,
    Jean-Claude

My Chroma camera did that tilt too, I suspect the accelerameter chip sticks. Yuneec replaced my camera.
