    Hello, my best regards.

After a fall, the e90 camera, in addition to leaking the shock absorbers gel, started to rotate 360 degrees without stopping, everything works, what will be the defect? change the flat cables?

    Has anyone ever experienced this?

Without more than the video, it would appear the Yaw Encoder is not reporting position to the Gimbal board. However, all the components in question are in probably the best protected part of the camera. It would not seem likely to be direct damage to the components without significant external damage to the camera.
With that thought, the next best probability becomes the slip ring wires. They are far more vulnerable. It is possible (and often occurs) that the wire insulation gets cut right at the top edge of the slip ring cover itself. The random shorts via the metal of the slip ring cover can create a great many strange behaviors. It is possible the PWM cable is shorted at this location.

The easy way to check is to check for continuity between the contacts on the top of the camera. It may not be a dead short, but any evidence of continuity between any of the contacts would be an issue.

The other way is to remove the dampers, the collar, the plastic bar, the foam pad, and look closely where the colored wires enter the top of the slip ring. See pictures:
