I'm looking to get into editing footage from my drone. I have a Q500 4K. Looking for professional editing software that will allow me to add music and text, logos, etc. just looking for suggestions on what others have used and like or dislike. Thanks for the info.

I use Magix Movie Edit Pr0. Very easy to learn, plenty of features and I don't need an upgraded CPU or GPU to use it :)

    Decent price tag at $130.

I use Premiere Elements 14. I have just scratched the surface of what it can all do, but it's ok.

You have to try DaVinci Resolve. The free version have only one real limitation - you can't handle full 4K, only UHD 4K, but with CGO3 bitrate full 4K is joke anyway. This is very professional tool with very advanced color grading and good stab.

Are yu PC or Mac? I'm on mac and use final cut pro x, found it more intuitive than adobe premiere when I trialed it - have a few key plugins as well for finishing touches... if you're on Mac you could start with iMovie of course...
