Q500 4K Flying while snowing

    I did last winter. It had snowed and there was a slight mist in the air. Video captured was not good. It was not a sunny day more like overcast so it was real grainy video. Now if you could get it to snow while the sun is out bright, well that would be another story.

    Although most of us do it. it's really not advisable due to the moisture.

    Nice video jb, i liked the train coming into the top right hand corner exactly......one thing, i thought i had seen some long trains in my time jeez that thing went on for ever....kinda standard methinks in your part of the world eh...cheers p

    Average length of a CN freight train is 3 kilometers.

    Agree, snow flakes + warm electronics/battery and motors= water=short circuit=crash !=:eek:

    Use a Bebop 2, they fly beautifully in the rain and Parrot evens mentions this in an ad!

    Very nice video! What part of the world are you from and I wonder what editing software you are using? I fly all winter here in Wisconsin.

    Thanks, I really wish I had more time to plan it out but the trains don't wait around for you :)
    Google Kakabeka Falls and you will see I'm not very far from the US Pigeon River border.
    I use mostly CyberLink PowerDirector 14 as its pretty easy to use and my computer can handle the rendering. I have others but this is my go to software.

    Great landing in the snow, I'll go train spotting but I think I prefer to live in the tropics think
