I walked into 7/11 and noticed these LED lights they had ($5) and figured for how cheap and bright they are I could take them apart and put the 2 strips on the bottom on my q500 4K. They are powered by 4 AAA batteries. I have no problem attaching or wiring them in understand all that Iam just stuck on the easiest and most efficient way of powering them up? ImageUploadedByYuneec-Forum.com1473662388.213017.jpg the left is how I bought them and the right is taken apart, ImageUploadedByYuneec-Forum.com1473662437.116870.jpg . 8 aa will be a little heavy and cut down your flight time. But the best route to wire that up is get a battery harness at radio shack or hobby shop then just get a micro plug when you want to use it plug it in. Make the harness removable where in the day time you dont mount it.

They make led kits that will stick just about to anything then you can power it with a 2s lipo which will be lighter than 4 aa and a harness
