Mantis G Not Pairing

Hello, do you have any firmware or its update to mantis g? Alternatively, is there any diagnostic program for this model? Unfortunately, a strange case, the apparatus connects to the phone via a cable, searches for the wifi network, even connects to the drone (the blue led on the remote control is continuously lit) but no vision, it is written in the drone settings that it is not connected, the rear arms flash blue, the front are constantly white. Solid red LED on the motherboard. The infrared sensor scans, the gimbal levels up, cooling turns on, and the drone turns itself off after a few minutes.
