Well it's back..... Flew my quad this morning and the camera won't stay level. The horizon is crooked when I turn the bird left or right. This is third time. Two cameras. Yuneec support has been great and they don't hesitate to help but I'm beginning to believe there is no fix.

Mine has been doing that too, I called Yuneec and they had me send the camera back them. That has only been about a week ago. They said I should have it back in three weeks,

My cam, cgo2+, with the same problem, is being returned from Yuneec this Friday. The total turnaround round trip will be 3 weeks for mine. I'll post here as to how it functions upon return.

Yuneec support has not been so great this time. 3 weeks and no response from them. I've sent 3 emails with no response.

its dropping on the lift side?

mine does that...works perfect if i reboot the bird when it does happens...

but i get tired of landing and rebooting then fly again to my perfect shooting spot (wasting battery juice and time)....

so i use a little bit of foam tape (double sided tape) on the gimbal as counter balancer...now in relaxed gimbal position is perfectly level (previously in relaxed position it would tilted to the left and corrected when powering up the bird)

I received my repaired camera back from Yuneec today, I have not flown with it yet but I have tested it inside the house. It took less than 3 weeks from the day I shipped it to the day I got it back. The camera sits straight now when not powered on, before the repair it would sit at about a 30° angle, to the right if looking at lens. I have Powered it on and off a few times and it seems to be fixed now.
Thank You Yuneec staff for great support.

    UPDATE:

Received my cgo2+ back from Yuneec. I had a tilted Horizon.

Now that it's back...I have a tilted horizon.

It's like they repacked it and shipped it back to me. There was no mention of any repair made at all. Just "tested".

Same thing happened to me....they did mention that they installed new software.....but it wasnt fixed. They sent me a new one and it worked great for 2 months, then the tilting started again. Now they won't return emails or phone calls. I have always supported them and bragged about their customer service, guess I was wrong.

I spoke with Tech. Support this morning. He advised me to try reseting camera by pushing the reset button behind the s.d.card slot. He said it was a very small button that looks like a vent and I would need a needle to push it it. Darn if I can find it. I took The camera off and searched all over it. Still can't find it. I took a picture of the camera around the s.d. card slot and sent it to him, maybe he can describe exactly where it is. I haven't heard of a reset button for our cameras before.

I have heard of this mysterious button elsewhere on the forum. He couldn't find it either. I just looked...no clue.
