Here is the first 360 pano I attempted. Stitched together with PanoramaStudio 3 Pro. Was easier than I thought it was going to be. In terms of photography, I love the new update!

I am using PanoramaStudio 3 Pro right now. Works pretty slick, but I know there are free options out there.

Thank you very much. It was the FIRST thing I had pictured when I found out the update had 360 Pano :)

Cool pic, I've just got the same app, it is the dogs... I can't help myself when I see one of these pics, but to look for the photographer, it's you behind the white car on the street with the 1 story building?

I use PhotoDirector 7 and it has a Panorama feature built into it that works great! Yeah, I didn't crop the ends enough! Happens in old age! YUN00064.jpg

Thanks! I just put up another one and linked the two together.

Moved this image to my Facebook page.

Yes, that is my friend and I behind that white truck in the photo, nice work!

I really like your finish product. I am considering purchasing the commercial version of PanoramaStudio, in hopes I might be able to sell a photo or two. Do you recall what your altitude was for this photo? I want to take some of my house and then we have a "one stop light town" that I would love to go out one day above the stop light and grab a photo like this for our town's website.

I tried a pano last week, but obviously got the settings wrong for the gimbal as I ended up with 8 shots of the same view! What settings do I need, and I didn't recall seeing the settings for the dual layer option either. Can you advise? Thanks Mart

You should have a faceplate like this one on your ST16. You have the option of single layer or double layer. You have to pick one.

You have to open the camera settings up, It is the cog wheel icon that is below the camera/video select on right lower side of the 16's screen!

Thanks! I think the PRO version is well worth it. Such an easy program to use with many features.

For the one you are referring to, I believe I was at about 120'. Just above the tallest building in that area.

Okay., you inspired me, got out today and did my first dual layer pano and bought the software

I think I figured out after the fact, how to change the starting point or preview.

That looks awesome! Great shot right after some fresh snow! Looks like you got the hang of the software, I couldn't find any "glitches" so your H must have hovered very nicely for the duration.

Actually winds were at 8 gusting to 12 and the Typhoon was wobbling all over the place, I was pleasantly surprised of how well the images turned out as well as how well the software did all the work, I did not do any tweaking.
