You mentioned "program" in the description. It is not clear which process you used. If some process other than described in the video shown below was used it may be possible to recover the drone using the method described by the video.
But that is a lot of speculation on my part. It would be better to know more details to help understand your situation. Answers to the questions may help us better address your issue:
1.) Was the drone fully functional prior to the update?
2.) What prompted the update?
3.) What "program" did you use to perform the update?
4.) Please upload a copy of the exact file you uploaded to the TH.
5.) What camera is mounted on your drone? (I ask because the problem you described is more common for an H Plus than it is for a Typhoon H. Knowing the camera is an easy way to clarify which drone model is being discussed.)
