The H520 gives me ULG files from the aircraft and TLG files from the ST16 controller. Can anyone tell me how I can get a comprehensive CSV file from any or both of these formats.

Pix4 Flight review gives some impresive graphs and klm files that I can use in Google earth.
Airdata will interpret SKY or UTM files from the controller. But with very limited data.
I would like to get a proper csv file that I could use in Dashware for diagnostic purposes.

I have been down the ARDUPILOT route but cannot get it to install on my windows 7 machine.
    Any help appreciated.

With q500log2kml you can make an CSV file from the TLOG files of the ST16S.
The format of the CSV file generated from PX4-sensor file is described here in appendix: http://h-elsner.mooo.com/mydat/Q500log2kml_en.pdf

The tool itself for Windows 64bit can be downloaded here: http://h-elsner.mooo.com/downloads/q500log2kml_en.zip.
    LINUX 64bit: http://h-elsner.mooo.com/downloads/q500log2kml_en.tar.gz

The Dashware output file format including the DashWare profile works only for legacy Yuneec. Thus, you need to crate your own Dashware profile.

    Many thanks HE,
The q500log2kml_en.zip will be very usefull.
I could not find the PDF on your server.
Found it just substitute mydat folder for pdf

I am ok with Dashware and can make up profiles.

Another source of flight information is embedded in the MP4 files produced by the H520 and probably other Yuneec machines.
    This data is
    Lat:51.5370867 Lon:-1.2549521 Alt:110 m Yaw:49.050 Pitch:-2.390 Roll:0.100 GimYaw:48.690 GimPitch:-7.080 GimRoll:0.000
Note you have Aircraft Yaw/pitch/roll, and Camera yaw/pitch/roll. Usefull if you are doing Dashboard Stuff

The only place I have seen this data is when using the "PotPlayer" viewer and Yuneec mp4 files
You can see the data overlayed on screen with Potplayer menu>Subtitles>Show Subtitles.
You can dump all the Data as an SRT file with Potplayer menu>Subtitles>SubtitleSaving.
IF the SRT file has the same filename as the video file it will run in most viewers and display this data continuously, and can be viewed in a text editor.
