I stored this battery carefully for about 6 months at storage charge level (checked once weekly). Yesterday I charged it to full level (Yuneec charger). Battery was fine. Flew for about 15 minutes and when I removed the battery it was really puffy. Suggestions?

What kind of weather it was when you flew? Was it cold?

I have experienced three swollen batteries when flying at low temperatures (below zero celsius) but it seems that even under 10 degrees C is beginning to be bad for the batteries.

This Big problem with Yuneec batteries - Yuneec won't cover it . . . All 3 of my Yuneec batteries are puffy. My PowerExtra batteries work great and have longer flight time than the Yuneecs ever did.

This is unfortunate and a disappointment because other than the batteries I found Yuneec service very good and cooperative.
